Placing an Order

  2. Add to Cart: Once you’ve made your selection, add the item(s) to your cart.

  3. Checkout: Enter your shipping and payment information, then review your order before confirming.

  4. Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.

Delivery in the UAE

We proudly offer delivery across all Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–10 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): Same-day or next-day in select locations

  • Delivery Fee: Displayed at checkout (free delivery on orders over 200 AED [25 AED if applicable])

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • Delayed or lost packages

  • Damaged or incomplete deliveries

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) your parcel at info@rouxelux.com with your order number and details. We will resolve it promptly.
