Return and Cancellation

At Rouxelux, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—and we’re here to help make returns and cancellations as smooth as possible.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrance and beauty products

  • Final sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Custom or made-to-order fashion items

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email info@rouxelux.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged or defective).

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@rouxelux.com.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll issue a full refund.

After Shipping:

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may proceed with a return (if eligible) once the product is delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rouxelux.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate
